I rented a 10x30 unit. When I went to put my stuff in the unit I had trouble getting through the gate and had to go talk to someone to get it fixed. Once in the gate there was a lock on the unit I had rented. I called for help and was told that the previous renter had not removed their lock and the only thing available was a smaller unit. I was told I would receive a refund and a discount for the inconvenience. I did not receive the refund or a discount.
Reserved a unit online. The online hours said they would be open until 5pm. Arrived at 4:30pm. Employee was in the building but wouldn't open the door. Self service kiosk was broken. I will be taking my business elsewhere
Got the access code via email but it says it’s not recognized.. I’m sure they’re great units if I could get in.
Great facility, near freeway. Online scheduling and payment is easy. The property manager Frank is awesome to work with!
