Reserved a unit online. The online hours said they would be open until 5pm. Arrived at 4:30pm. Employee was in the building but wouldn't open the door. Self service kiosk was broken. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Great facility, near freeway. Online scheduling and payment is easy. The property manager Frank is awesome to work with!
Frank and Jessica are very awesome! Not only do they have excellent customer service skills but we able to resolve an issue I had quickly. The storage unit is prefect and I was able to quickly set it up online! Thank you very much!
