Current resident but not long (duration of contract) have had bad experiences starting with water taking over over 3 minutes to warm up. Constantly having people run through our garbage. Over growing shrubbery. An opportunist towing company towing our visitor car and having to pay almost $400 dollars to get it out of the pound and the worst of them all having a homeless person living in our storage unit in my patio for over a month. ( Had him removed by the police at 4 a.m. )
