Dr Jensen has been wonderful to work with. He explained things well. Showed up for surgery very timely. I have already recommended him to friends.
I had a good experience having my eye surgery with Dr Jordan Jensen. The entire process was very professional and I had no problems or complaints. I am glad I had the procedure done. I see better and look better too.
Beware your regular optometrist will not charge you $50 for an eye exam. I have excellent medical and Medicare and VSP coverage. They're standard practice is to gouge all patients $50 or they will try to destroy your credit. Just go to a regular eye doctor they do exactly the same thing they do in this office and they will not charge you if you have excellent coverage
Dr Jensen & Aspen made my visit to River View a wonderful experience! I feel very lucky to have found them! I had a chronic red eye problem, well overdue eye exam & vision test. Dr Jensen was very kind, professional & solved my problems quickly while Aspen was lovely, knowledgeable & helpful. I go back in 6 weeks & would highly recommend Dr Jensen & Aspen!
Switching over to a new system is not the reason for the front desk staff's incompetentance. My issue with my appointment was just one of many issues I had. They are a bunch of bafoons. This location needs to be removed from the River View Eye Specialist. Do not go here. Save yourself the frustration. The front desk staff is a bunch of clowns. They definitely need training.
