Most shitty management with bad attitudes and don’t even listen and like to cut you off and give u attitude , roaches even when they do inspection for them, very unprofessional they don’t bother to “fix” anything they make up excuses and blame “you” as a problem, honestly wouldn’t recommend living here just cause it cheap
This place is awful. Trash everywhere but IN the dumpsters. There's been a shooting over there recently so it's not safe at all. Cops are there constantly because there's always people screaming and arguing outside. You're also supposed to pay a pet deposit but no one does yet they're allowed to keep them. Nothing ever gets fixed until state inspection comes around then they're scrambling to "fix" things but don't actually fix them. This place wouldn't look so bad if there wasn't trash and shopping carts everywhere
The rating is based of a single phone call I made trying to learn more about this location as a future home. Whoever answered the phone was rude and has poor customer service. The 3.1 star rating makes much more sense and glad I won’t make the mistake of living here.
