The rating is based of a single phone call I made trying to learn more about this location as a future home. Whoever answered the phone was rude and has poor customer service. The 3.1 star rating makes much more sense and glad I won’t make the mistake of living here.

Their FILTHY , they got roaches , maintenance does not come out & fix anything , their lazy & the stuff & very rude & disrespectful! These apartments need NEW OWNERS!
