Canyon Creek Roof damaged my house utility line while they changed the roof for my house. They refused to reimburse me the cost of getting the line fixed. Instead, they blamed on the house builder did not built the house right. I also had two rental houses got the roof replaced by another roof company. In compare with Canyon Creek Roof, the other company is truly very good. I will not use Canyon Creek in the rest of my life and I recommend you to do so as well!!!!!
Thank you for puting on my roof, repairing it in 2000 and again in 2008. Ill gladly continue to tell friends and others what great people you are to work with.
I needed a small patch done on my roof - they couldnt even identify that the decking was rotted and needed replacing. They simply applied a sealant. When I asked them to fix the real problem (replace decking and shingles) they said it would be done in 3 days. Here it is 6 weeks later and nothing has been done and they dont even return follow-up calls. Take your money somewhere else!
