Our original doctor (at another vet) had to cancel at the last moment, and Dr. Pham (USDA-accredited) came to our rescue! She was very thorough, professional, and competent - she knew the requirements for the heath certificate for Chubbs’ travel and was able to articulate clearly what Chubbs needed. We had such a great experience with Dr. Paz Gafter and his assistant. They were both incredibly kind, positive, and attentive, which made a stressful visit with our sick cats feel much easier. Dr. Gafter was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood what was going on and what the next steps would be.
