Lived here from 2018-2020 in two different single bedroom units during the fall and spring semesters. The apartments itself was really nice however there are some downsides. If you have a unit facing the front of the building near the soccer fields the stadium lights at night it gets very distracting and the morning soccer games are loud. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The worst aspect however were the fire alarms. Stayed here for my sophomore year of school and there were lots of cons staying here as well as lots of pros. Pros: 1. It's all enclosed within 1 building. 2. You have a nice lounge just like the Residence Halls. 3. There are multiple study rooms. 4. The rooms are very neat and clean and furnished and are very much newer and modern. 5. There are vending machines and a water fountain/public bathroom here. 6. Not far from DART bus stop. Cons: 1.
