I’m not a fan of my rent fluctuating month to and the roach here and there, but other than that I love it here!
I have been living in here for 6 months, the apartment has a good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is very clean. Neighbors are respectful. Nice affordable price rent.
Termites and cockroaches. Moved into the first unit I rented here and it was already infested with cockroaches. Moved into a 2 bedroom and there are termite tubes hanging from the ceiling in both bedrooms and the bathroom. Property management knew about the termites and did not notify us before we moved in, and after 2 months still have not taken any action for them.
