This past week, I visited a family member, stayed a few days. My family member has been there for more than ten years, and during their time of residency I've seen the building decline, and become more like an unkept set of projects; honestly, I think "The Nickerson Gardens," projects has better upkeep than Canyon Country Senior Apartments. Worst Management Company "FPI" 1. Housekeeping horrible, sorry and lazy place is never clean 2. Parking, a nightmare 3. Amenities, bare mininum management has taken away more than they have provided. We no longer have all the amenities descibed on the site 4. The pool has worse cleaning company in the areas..spa has green algae in it. 5. The property is neglected poorly maintained 6. Office staff very wishy washy, they usually don't stay long Management does not care about the property or the elder tenants.

It has been 2 months since my mother has been trying to set up an appointment for her yearly social security benefits verification. She has now received an eviction warning that she has 10 days to make an appointment. If she gets evicted, I will be filing a lawsuit. If someone from management sees this, please reach out to me to get this fixed.
