Went in on May 16th for full exam and X-rays ... was told I would get a call on the 21st to schedule extractions. They needed the surgeons schedule... I sent an email and I left two voicemails. I never heard back, (today is June 21). So I called them explained what had happened .... asked for my X-rays which she emailed to me.. A simply sorry is all I got and a quick goodbye... So they lose me and Margaret as patients and we now get to try and find a dentist who actually care Horrible service
