Worst experience at a dental office ever. Dentist told me I had an infection but sent me home without an antibiotic. When I called back to request one they were rude about it and required me to go back in to pick it up. Then sent me a letter afterward stating they would no longer provide care. I should have went with my gut the first time I went and there was a very upset woman in the lobby yelling about how bad it was there.
BEWARE...Dr. Nguyen and her staff could jeopardize your health, like they did mine, by taking 20 or 30 unnecessary xrays. I trusted them and I wish I did not, for now I'm worried about all the radiation I was exposed to by Dr. Nguyen. I went for a consultation for braces, nothing more. When I get there Dr. Nguyen tells me they need xrays??? I go to the xray area and the tech had no clue what she was doing, and ended up taking 25 or more xrays of my teeth. When I first started going there I gave them the blues, lol but they were so patient with me, and they take their time with me. I'm not very fond of the dentist so it hard something keeping my appointments, But now when I do go and I do go every six months I know they are not going to hurt me.
Awesome doctors and have worked a miracle for teenager so she can have a beautiful smile. Highly recommend ortho here... Reasonable payment plan options make it easy .
I have always been afraid of the dentist until I visited this office. I went in 8 months pregnant needing a root canal and they got me taken care of quickly and safely. Dr. Nguyen is very professional and personable. I highly recommend this dentist!
