Located in North East Las Vegas, 10 blocks East of Las Vegas Blvd. We are located walking distance to many schools, grocery stores, shops and businesses. We have many newly upgraded apartments that include new appliances, wood like laminate or carpet flooring, washer/dryer, patios, parking, pool and playground.

This is decent place and its owned by a single owner so they work with you vs a huge mgmt company. I actually got a brand new updated apartment with wooden floors and washer dryer; everything was new; so I am very pleased with my place. Plus this place is very family oriented vs other types of rentals I lived at. So If you OK with kids playing outside or a couple of dogs barking its a pretty decent place. Also they were timely when I needed something done with my apartment and they had someone come with 24 hrs. So I like it.... read more
Avoid rent in this place – This is a warning for who is looking for a rent, be careful this people will try to take your deposit with any reason which is common practice all over the rents, but watch they will ask for more money for other whatever reasons, regardless that the sign and acept the vacant form from you. The environment is heavy and crowded. The Manager is rough and rude. It is an unpleasent place.
