Canyon Carpet One Floor & Home deserves five stars for their outstanding customer service. I was trying to match a discontinued tile, and their team went above and beyond to help. They even had leftover scrap pieces they were willing to give me to see if they would work. We were incredibly satisfied with our experience with Carpet One - Flagstaff. From our first interaction when I reached out via email to the final product. Sarah provided great assistance and communication. Manny and his crew were professional, skilled and final product was beautiful. We had some unexpected issues (not related to them). and they went above and beyond to help us solve them. We highly recommend this business!
So sad to have to write a bad review, but we had a pretty awful experience. Our carpet order didn't come in and no on informed us until installation day so we had to choose a rush carpet that we didn't like as much because we had to wait to move in for the flooring. I tried to call 3x between ordering and installation and on one answered or returned my calls. This led to miscommunication and mis-ordering. They left our door WIDE OPEN over night TWICE. This week the crew came to my home in Flagstaff and replaced my tired carpet with vinyl plank flooring. I am delighted with the result. The crew was hardworking, meticulous, professional, and kept me informed. Yes, it was an expensive undertaking, but the quality of the product and the excellent service made this project worth it.
Showed up at 10:30 am on a Saturday, during their posted and confirmed business hours. Door was locked, lights were off, nobody picked up the phone. Call in advance to see if they are actually open.
