Mi primera visita y fue pésima la experiencia, pague un servicio que en el ticket dice full service con un precio de $16.99 y las alfombras no estaban aspiradas, las llantas sucias y en general el auto no estaba bien lavado, eran tan visible que se lo mencioné al manager, obviamente no le pareció y de mala actitud accedió a que lo aspiraran de nuevo. NO TRAIGAN SU AUTO a este lugar, tiene mal servicio. Creo que un express wash en cualquier otro lugar sería mejor opción.
Overall a good car-wash although I am VERY picky when it comes to my vehicle, many times I get water residue left in both side mirrors that spray out as I drive home many times I have to go over places where water sprayed out or places they have missed, not a 5 star car wash but a good car-wash.
I am so unhappy with my visit. I went in this morning with my Dodgers shirt... yesterday was the 24 today is the 25 and tomorrow is the 26 right it said on Facebook that come in on those days and you get 50% off when you wear a Dodgers shirt or hat. Like I said went in and was told like if I was crazy that was yesterday special when it clearly said all three dates. Plus it did not specify what car washes it was for. They were very rude about it I will never go back there going to go to chevron carwash on Bouquet for now on..... read more
I got the "Best Job" well... they did an horrible job on my car inside & out, wasn't vacuumed good at all they didn't bother to move mats or anything, mirrors were still dirty. AND they used OLD air fresheners for my car as well!!
Would be nice that this place actually opened ON TIME as noted. Came before 8 am to beat the rush and sat along with at least 9 other cars, some of which backed out of lanes and left. 8:12 am finally gave up and the doors still were not open. What is the point of early bird specials and stating you open at 8 am if you don't actually open your doors? I used to come here all the time, but clearly there is not enough staff. Went to one of your competitors and was in/out in 25 min.
Understaffed! Should not take 1 1/2 hours! I need to find a new place.
