My experience dealing with this company has become extremely stressful because of one staff member, JESSY . Her behaviour is consistently unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Every time I have had to deal with her, the situation becomes harder, more confusing, and unnecessarily hostile. It reaches a point where even simple communication turns into a stressful experience. Very poor service they offer don't think of buying or renting any property here very unrespectfull staff they are professional old people working for over 35 years so they use every bit of advantage to not help the needy.
The management here is the worst ive ever come across. Condescending, rude, and completely out of touch. And thats being nice about it. If i could 0 stars i would and im going to do everything i can to make sure these slum lords get disciplined the way they need to be. Edit: they replied and said the tenant needs to take it up with the landlord. YOU WERE THE ISSUE BOTH MY LANDLORD AND I HAD. You didnt do anything.
