The wonderful team at the front desk in Burnaby—both the fine young men and the lovely young lady—are truly some of the kindest people I've met. My son accidentally locked his keys in his car while parked across from Canwest Auto. I walked in to see if they might be able to help, and without a moment’s hesitation, they stepped up and assisted us in getting the car open. I purchased a used car for my 19-year old daughter at CanWest and have been very happy with their service. The car initially had some minor problems, but CanWest was willing to fix the car at no extra cost. Marshal, the director of CanWest, knew it was my daughter’s first car and he wanted her to have a good and hassle-free experience. I would definitely go back to buy another car in the future.
We bought a car from this dealership and it developed a problem. As senior citizens, we were concerned about how it would be handled.
