This is the 3rd time I've been in this building and been unable to get a parking receipt. The machines either don't spit out a receipt, the receipt printed is extremely light/illegible, or has ran out of paper completely. Every time I have spoken to someone who claims they will email me a receipt....and they never do. But sure, the building itself is nice.
