I just received our complete canvas replacement for our 2001 Coleman/Fleetwood SunValley today. WOW! I can't believe how great they look and how fast we received our order. It was about 4 weeks from the time we sent it in. We are certainly more than pleased and will recommend these people to everyone we know in need of their service. Blessings on your day!

I ordered parts for my pop up trailer a week ago. They should have been here by Wednesday. A week later I called and was told - sorry, they haven’t even shipped yet. If I hadn’t called I’m fairly certain the parts would still be sitting there. I was told it would be $91 to ship them overnight and I will be charged an extra $20 to have them shipped for NEXT Wednesday. So, my parts are over a week late in getting here and the response is - please pay us extra for our screw up. This is beyond ridiculous.
I sent Canvas Replacement s very damaged bunk ends from a Aerolte Cub hybrid camper. I had planned on the six week timetable but was very surprised that they were finished in less than three. My old canvas had a royal blue trim which didn’t really go with the campers white/gray/black colors so I asked to have that changed to gray. The new canvas fits like a dream and looks great. All I can say is “a job well done”. And a big THANK YOU
You have a guarantee that you will make it right and here I am months later with a canvas that doesn't fit and no solution. It isn't right and I'm definitely not satisfied! You have told us that your in contact with Jayco and waiting to hear back but how long do we have to wait for an answer. Ordered our canvas and had it within days. We anxiously waited for the weather to get warmer so we could do the replacement. Old canvas came off in minutes. New one went on in lass than 2 hours with my husband and I working together. Hopefully we won't need another new canvas but if we do we know who we will call! 5 stars well deserved. Fast response time and GREAT customer service!
Thank you SOOOOOO much for the wonderful job on our canvas. We had to replace ALL of our canvas on our pop-up due to mice. The new canvas was perfect!!!!! We are so happy and our camper looks brand new! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!
