We had a great experience renting from 1381 Myrtle. Timely responses to maintenance requests and a special shoutout to the super Sabir - always present at the building and quick to respond to requests, making it an enjoyable place to live. Eva was great in facilitating our move in and move out and we are sad to go!
Igli Jaupi has great comunication, easy towork with and is very profressional.
My experience with cpg has been amazing. Igli and Eva have been super helpful and communicative with me! Sabir has been a real one for the past two years. He brings me so much happiness and joy. Always going out of his way to help me out, truly my guy.
I stayed at their 1381 Myrtle Ave Property for 3 years and it was overall a good experience. Want to give a big shoutout to the super Sabir who not only was extremely quick to respond but also was always a great guy to catch up with. Management was sometimes difficult to talk to and would increase the rent every year and definitely view this as more of an investment to make money than actually helping the community and find people homes.
