Second time at this hotel, the staff were amazing at rebooking me after I got my dates mixed up. Tetiana was fabulous at handling the situation, and thank you for taking the time to find my Hilton honors account.

Left something by accident and called the day of check out, got hung up on 4x because of the front end staffs poor communication with who’s on hold. called again and they inform me it was thrown away. Won’t be back,Last I recall stuff is kept in a lost and found.
This is honestly one of the best hotels I have every stayed at (and I travel A LOT - both for work and fun). The rooms are spacious without feeling empty and styled really well. Cleaning is immaculate. There's huge attention to detail (little things like creamers in the fridge and soap bomb next to the bath tub just show that someone cares!).
