Bryan was very timely and professional. The inspection took about 5 hours. Starting outside the house inspecting the exterior, moving to the roof, then inside the house, into the attic, and then finally under the house. He thoroughly advocated for the buyer, finding small issues that could be an issue in the future for the home buyer.
Outstanding, prompt, thorough inspector who discovered numerous mild to moderate issues with a brand new build that must be repaired before closing. Available before and after inspection to discuss the process and returned report the same day. We’re relocating and couldn’t be present so he put our mind at ease that we chose an honest, skilled inspector who we highly recommend.
Contacted them on a Sunday, was scheduled for the upcoming Friday. Bryan was extremely nice and thorough! He answered all of my questions with a great attitude and knowledge. Highly recommend!
Bryan is amazing! His inspection report is very thorough and specific and he's not afraid to get dirty! He takes so many photos and uses a multitude of tools to get the job done. We have used his services at least half a dozen times now, and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. 10/10
