We love this clinic! It has a dedicated staff, all are welcome culture, and just a caring environment. My son sees Chris and he’s remarkable.
The intake process does not seem very well-run right now. The intake form you fill out online says they will reach out within a business day to schedule and they took 4 days to call me, well outside of the time slot the form lets you choose (10am instead of 3-5pm). I work 3rd shift so of course I wasn't awake to answer. The person who picked up when I did call back seemed really rushed and hung up on me a few times, after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes. My husband was having an affair with his drug counselor back in 2018. We moved out of the Forest Lake area and by the Grace of God we worked through the worst hell on earth. ONLY to be back in Forest Lake again. And now Brandon is using his charm to rock her boat. Again. Thank you for wrecking us twice Ms. Drug counselor.
