We love this clinic! It has a dedicated staff, all are welcome culture, and just a caring environment. My son sees Chris and he’s remarkable.
The intake process does not seem very well-run right now. The intake form you fill out online says they will reach out within a business day to schedule and they took 4 days to call me, well outside of the time slot the form lets you choose (10am instead of 3-5pm). I work 3rd shift so of course I wasn't awake to answer. The person who picked up when I did call back seemed really rushed and hung up on me a few times, after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes.
