The person that answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment said they wanted to do a diagnostic assessment. I told them I did not want to do that and that I have an assessment I can provide them. She said that was not an option and contemptively asked why I didn't want to the assessment. I assume because I have a diagnosis of adhd which is a disorder that is treated with controlled stimulants. This review is meant with all good intentions that this will be acknowledged, and hopefully taken into consideration. One bothersome incidence I had was, one of the psychologists had my mental health diagnosis paper work that was given at the beginning of the appointment. However a copy of the report that the psychologist wrote following that appointment had suspicion of what disorders I really had, and thought I was making it up and faking it. Great CBT program I'm in. DONT TRUST BILLING. I'll be calling Monday to speak with someone. They told me my first bill wasn't due until next month when I was ready to pay so I said okay next month it is. Then I get a bill for two months this month saying I missed last month. They told my counselor I wasn't set up for a payment plan, when I was when I had called. I'll have to be recording them on the phone to hold them accountable from now on. They probably just want me to get sent to collections. Irritating to say the least.
