The print looks fine but the tube was damaged during it's trip from INDIA. Now the print has real bad creases in it. I'm not sure if I can get them out. Would rather buy local or at least from the US.
I ordered a custom 3D print for my older brother for a birthday present for his last birthday with me. I ordered and paid for it in January 6th and paid an extra $12 or so dollars for shipping. It was said to be coming on the 20th, and I still don’t have it. They are advertised to be located in Atlanta Georgia but they are in India. Ordered a black lab print and received a yellow lab print!!! Can’t reach customer service. Horrible service!!!!!
Products not received, and no meaningful updates provided. Order placed November 25th. According to the website, the order should be DELIVERED Wed, Dec 9th 2020. I had not received shipping information, so I reached out to online chat support. On Monday Dec 7 I was told that the items were complete and "ready for shipping." Further, the agent told me that information was being sent to "expedite delivery." More than 8 days later the status online is still "in production." I uploaded my artwork onto their website and did an instant online proof and I thought everything was good to go after completing payment. Apparently, I then needed to re-upload my file through a third party transfer service – which I did, and received email confirmation for. After a few days I wanted to check up on the status of my order. My artwork still had not been transferred at this time, so I transferred it a third time and received another email confirmation.
