I worked there for several months. Everything about Tri-Pointe is excellent, from the agents to the presentation, and especially the way they make you feel like family. Much love for everyone at Tri-Pointe homes.

Poor communication at best, exploitative at worst. They refuse to provide you any information about their vendors, costs, or upgrade options until days before the sale date. Obviously things like flooring and various home upgrade can add up tends of thousands to the cost of the home. My experience with them was basically as follows. They put me on a waitlist, then increased the price of the home by about 40k from what it was when I got on the waitlist.
