Jay does quality work. I have gone to him with photo restoration (an old sepia photo that faded and he brought it back to life), framing and even packaging and shipping items as well. He is fast yet thorough getting the work done. Very communicative and keeps you up to date on the project. Reasonably priced but the best part of Jay is his humor and kindness. Go see Jay!

Jay did an excellent job of restoring a circa 1929 picture that was so scratched and blurred. Very open and honest about process. Will be using him several more times to restore old images.

Once again, Jay comes through with framing that reflects exactly what we had hoped. It does not take long for him to welcome you as family and cement a strong bond through both his kindness and his work. I had compared his estimate with that of a few other framers, and Jay's was always the most reasonable. It's what I had hoped since I know that he treats artwork--and in this case, very person art to us--with good taste and strong skills. As long as he is framing artwork, we will be going to Image Decor.
