Had business to do with this place as a third party field agent inspecting a vehicle they had impounded at their lot. It took several calls to get through to manager, scheduled an appointment to meet at location and manager was late. Notified manager that I would need an invoice with all fees incurred by their facility so they could get reimbursed but 4 days have passed and I still have not received any documents.
