I went with my mother and Dr.Cantu was very professional.
Dr. Cantu & his staff are the most friendly and professional I have ever had. I have seen dozens of doctors for my condition and this is the only one that has made progress. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon. He and his crew actually care about the patients. He is open-minded and if he doesn't have the answer, he will find it. I have never had a problem with him. I actually look forward to my visits with him, others I dread seeing due to my chronic condition. He keeps a clean clinic as well
Dr. Cantu is very professional and knowledgeable. He's been my family doctor for several years. I've always had very positive experiences with the staff and quick response time on appointments when I was ill.
Had a problem with Dr.'s head nurse. I was taking a class 1 narcotic, which required Rx each month. I called 24-48 hours ahead to pick up the Rx, which did not require consultation with the Dr. Rx was never ready when I arrived, and ended up sitting in his waiting room for 30-60 minutes each time, just to pick up Rx. I confronted the nurse, she must have said something to Dr. Cantu. Received a letter telling me I was dropped from his practice without giving me a chance to give my side. Good!
This doctor is disrespectful when my mother was pregnant age 38 he told my mother that her and her 45 year old husband were crazy for getting pregnant and that, that was an action of crazy people, first of all sir you weren't going to be raising her son!!!!
