Excellent localized.
It’s not perfect but it will do,especially if your just starting out.
I haven't seen the inside of this particular complex... but the outside is in a state of disarray! No on site manager OR maintenance. I was told that requests are looked into by severity. "Minor" maintenance may take up to a week. Well, what exactly constitutes "minor" to the managers of this place? There's trash strewn EVERYWHERE outside. I even saw a shopping cart parked in front of someone's unit. Whoever owns this place should seriously consider, at the very LEAST, some kind of groundskeeping.
