Very professional except the billing manager she needs to understand everyone aren't trying to make a injury claim. Some people just want to feel better!
Every visit was extremely professional Adrien is an exclent therapist she is very thorough and explained all the different excersises I was doing and let me know to continue them at home

I could not have asked for a better experience. My therapist Jamie and Ken were very professional and equally personable. Jamie was my gym therapist and Ken my pool therapist and I want to say thank you for their quality therapy. I have since joined the wellness program and it has been a great and fun experience. I would recommend the Cantrell Center to my friends any anyone else who asked. Everyone was professional and friendly at all times, and always offered a smile and helping hand. My therapists Adrian, Cindy and Erin were wonderful!! They encouraged me carefully and lovingly but always stopped me when I tried to do things that my body wasn't ready for yet. They were always patient, caring, "very knowledgeable", and understanding when I was having a difficult day. The girls kept me talking and laughing during therapy which I dearly loved. Awesome support from all of the staff!!
Very nice and helpful. I really need an arthritic water aerobics class. However due to work schedule cannot take class because it is a morning class.
