Never returns calls, doesn't remember anything. The unit he installed 4 years ago is leaking and his technician came to fix it. Left with paperwork claiming the unit is working Excellent. 2 days later it starts leaking. I call the office, left multiple messages and finally a return call that the technician told him the unit was broken. Great, quality service – Cantrell Aire replaced my outdoor condensing unit (residential). Jim Cantrell was very straight with me and explained the options thoroughly. The installation was done very professionally and orderly. The installer for my job, Antonio (Tony), has 20 years experience and it shows. He showed up on time, completed when expected, and left the worksite in imaculately clean condition. Billing was straightforward with no surprises. Highly recommended.
