Extremely pleased with the services provided. They were educated quick to respond and extremely kind in the entire process. I understand when a new building is under construction there are unforeseen issues. We worked with Vincent and Jackie who were extremely open about any work being done as we are proceeding to move in. Just an all-around amazing experience. Thank you so much!
They knowingly moved at least 30 families into a building that didn’t have hot water. Appliances weren’t hooked up and hallways and common spaces are still construction zones.
We signed a lease, gave deposit, first months rent and 48 hours before we were set to move in, we receive a call from the agent that permitting wasn’t approved by the city and we were effectively homeless. The moral of the story is, if you want to go through the hassle of getting an apartment but never actually end up with one, work with these people. They throw in some fresh attitude via email as well!
