I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Cantor Insurance Agency after nearly 8 years as a loyal client. Over the years, I’ve carried multiple homeowners policies, rental property insurance, and auto insurance, always paying my policies in full and on time, with no history of nonpayment. Really bad communication and customer service. The person I dealt with initially was awesome, but I’m assuming she’s not there anymore. There was an issue with payment, no one called or emailed to resolve or inform me of the issue and now it’s a mess. Typical insurance agency, helpful to get you in and then couldn’t care less.

I’ve been with Cantor Insurance for years and have even referred others to them. However, since the company was bought out, the experience has completely changed. Micheal Gallagher, who is now over auto insurance, does not return emails or phone calls, which shows a lack of professionalism and commitment. With the transition to this new company, it’s clear that it’s time for me to move on and find an insurance provider that values its customers. I would not recommend this company (not sure of new name)

Have an auto policy with them. Recently got bought up by a larger firm. My windshield broke and have called them about 8 times a day for a week and no answer. I have left countless messages. This is starting to appear like a scam. Steer clear and go to a real insurance provider.
