Matt Cantor provided a home inspection for me in advance of our house purchase. He was very quick with communication, which made coordinating an inspection very easy. On the day of the inspection he provided thorough explanations of all of the items he was checking for and his opinions of what he found. Matt came over to inspect my home prior to sale. I walked with him through the entire inspection. He was congenial, did not hesitate to thoroughly answer my questions, and was amazingly well informed.
