She was too busy venting about her day and calling me bad parent for taking my child to numerous doctors instead of just giving him at medicine at home after having a febrile seizure so I had to go VCU children’s hospital the next night for them to tell me he has HFM. She was too busy being rude to even diagnose my son the right way smh.
I’m very unsatisfied with the service that I have been given the past couple visits. I feel like she doesn’t really listen. She overlooks the patient she doesn’t pay attention. She rushes her job. I’ve had to take my kids to the ER to really get a diagnosis that still not right. Her nurses writes rude notes about the parents. And she gave off a very nasty attitude after we made her aware of that our child really was sick when she sent us home telling us nothing was wrong.
