The best Sweet Sour Chicken I have ever eaten. It is like eating cotton candy it melts in your mouth. Yum!

Excellent Food My wife and I had a delivery to our hotel room on the Memorial Day long weekend. Because they were so busy the order took over an hour to be delivered. The wait was well worth it. We had Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Chicken Fried Rice and Pea Pods with Chicken and it came with White Rice.. The food was absolutely delicious. There was more than enough food for our meal there and when we went home the next day we had the rest of the food for supper. Huge disappointment. Ordered Chicken almond ding, cold & a few pieces of "mystery" meat...no flavor at all. The egg roll, cold hard. Nasty. The cream cheese wontons had absolutely no cream cheese in them at all. Just cold fried dough.....the hot & sour soup tasted like plain chicken broth.The chicken & Broccoli was also part of our order....just as bad. I called the restaurant....they didn't care at all. The Most original General Chicken and more... – I work in downtown Duluth, and pound for pound you won't find food this good at this price anywhere in town. Their General Chicken is spicy, cubed breast and thigh meat in a delightfully original hoisin sauce blend with plenty of kick if you ask your server politely. Rated *Excellent* for over 20 years! – The Cantonese House is hands down one of the many extraordinary restaurants in Duluth. Friends, members of my family and I have been going to this same location for over 20 years. The menu has a little bit of everything from your expected Cantonese dish served with superb hot tea to deep fried shrimp, grilled cheese sandwiches and hot beef. TERRIBLE! – The pineapple chicken had no pineapple in it, it was just a bunch of GREASY chicken ball. The szechwan chicken had no spice at all and tasted like bland chicken noodle soup. They charged us dinner prices at lunch time (for the same quantities). And when we called to complain they said they wouldn't fix the pineapple chicken and that all they could do was give us a credit. Who wants a credit to somewhere they never want to eat again?? Excellent Service – Another excellent restraunt. Very good location and the owners are very nice. Highly recommend travelers whom want a very good meal. Love their Cream Cheese Wantons and Orange Chicken.
