Last year I ordered 5 yards of topsoil 50/50 delivered, the topsoil was mixed with clay, small rocks & debris , it’s hard like a rock when watered, this is my second season that I am paying the price for lost crop & water. This season, I added some manure hoping it will give it a boost. Plants grow very little and very weak. It’s the middle of July and out of 10 tomato plants, I have only 6 green small tomatoes.
