I have been going to Round Rock Modern Dentistry for 3 years now and I love them. The dentists and periodontist are so kind and gentle, and the staff is amazing. I had to have some pretty expensive work done and Nelly walked me through some payment options, so I wasn't going to be financially stressed. The hygienists are always flexible with my schedule since I work in South Austin. Shade practice I lost a crown they told me I need an implant they told me the price I said it was cool it was a long process I stared this in November that ok when I am done ready for the crown, they then tell me it going to cost me 1200 dolores I thought the crown was included it wasn't. I ask how many people get an implant without the crown the answer is 0 so why didn't they tell me that when i started this i was in the chare when they told me the crown should come with the price of the implant it's just wrong
Dr. Meehan and his assistant Arrianna are a dynamic duo! I really appreciate how professional they are and the kindness they show.
Had an amazing experience with Arrianna and Dr. Meehan. They work very well together as a team. I had 4 fillings and did not feel any pain. All the staff there are really great and friendly.
I went in to get my teeth worked on and the dentist decided to drill on a tooth and add a filing. In 6 mos. the filing fell out and when I called she had left so I then had a another dentist. He was very fair. I had brought 69.00 for the exam and he said I needed a crown, to make things inexpensive he installed a 200.00 temporary crown until I could get insurance at my new job. I didn't have 200 so I was billed which was ok. I went in with insurance and the male who works at the counter told me at least 15 times I owed ... read more
The office is clean and comfortable, which is a good thing as the majority of your time you will be waiting! The main issue we have with this office is that they constantly overcharge and try to charge lab fees. According to the insurance, they cannot charge for a lab fee. Buyer beware as this office routinely overcharges for almost all procedures and you will end up with a credit balance that you will have to harass the office before they will return your money. Part 2 - . So then I had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning, to which he did even though I was booked with a hygienist, which tells me once again the scare tactics are to get you to pay $500 plus out of pocket for root planing/scaling instead of what you went their for. I have never in my entire life had a health care professional behave that way. IT was straight bullying and scare tactics to get me to purchase their services. I will pay out of pocket for cleanings if needed moving forward. Go at your own risk.
3 Strikes and they are out. The first time I went I had Dr. Schroff, he was great, very kind and I had a quick painless cleaning. At that visit he suggested a deep cleaning/root/planing/scaling. I told him I would look into it and let him know, to which he said "ok, we will do a regular cleaning this time" I thought that was odd, but that was all that was said and I scheduled my next appointment for six months later.
