6 month check up and cleaning done by Krina Patel , worst cleaning I have experience and heavy handed in the many years of going to the dentist
There is a receptionist that is extremely rude. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with her but I won't deal with the unprofessional behavior.
My appointment was supposed to be a cleaning, all they did was poke around and try and sell me a bunch of stuff that I don't need. I will not be going back.
Dr Patel and his team are amazing. I never should have gone to this previous dentist that I won't mention because of legal matter. I'm so I'm impressed with their work. I have some other work I need to get done. I place has giving me a great new look. Thank You all at Town Center Group.
Outstanding practice! Everyone from the beginning to end of service. Dr. Mendoza is fabulous. I highly recommend this group. I’m terrified as many and they give such a sense of competence and efficiency. I thought I was needing a root canal, but Doctor Mendoza Fixed my bite! I was so happy! Exceptional staff!
The low rating is due to how the office manager files my dental claims. I as the patient have the right to have my claim filed to my individual dental plan which is separate from my medicare dental plan. I spoke with Humana and they said the claim can be sent directly to my HI215 plan. The plans address and number are on the back of my card. The office manager only files the claim to my Humana medicsre dental plan and is not very customer friendly. If they cannot file the claim correctly I will be looking for another dental... read more
The care is ok. The dentist is always wanting me to do more care that is very expensive. I had an appointment scheduled that I was not able to keep. I called and let them know that I had to cancel. I call today to reschedule the appointment and interacted with a rude scheduler. She said that I could walk in and sit an wait until someone could see me. Stay away! Scam artists here, wish I read the many 1 star reviews before going. Recomending unnecessary expensive treatments and refusing to do anything covered by your insurance. They're hoping you don't know better. They've done this same thing to others sadly. Went in letting them know I wanted an exam and routine cleaning. Was kept there for 2 hours just to be told that they refused to do the no charge, included cleaning, but would do the upcharged deep cleaning only. There are two significant aspects of this dental practice, and these ought not to be intermingled. First, the x-ray technicians, dental hygienists and the doctors are phenomenal. Based on my wife's and personal experience one of the best locations in the tri-county area.
