BUYERS BEWARE- I will start by saying the the sales staff was great to work with but beyond that we have had quite a disheartening and frustrating experience with Richmond. Where to start?? We started building last Jan and went without hiccups until the house was being close to being done. They finished the house a month earlier than we were told it originally would be done and we communicated with them for months we would not be able to move until Sept. they did not move the close date and proceeded to charge us $400+ A DAY... read more
