I love the Players Guild Theatre. So many great memories and amazing friends - both on and off stage. And the work is outstanding. Canton is lucky to have such a gem. Community theatre meets professional quality... #NoPlaceLikePG
First time and I saw Beauty and the Beast they did a wonderful job a must-see.
Needs to Add more Drama plays too. Some people just rather Act than sing. Musicals are great. But always the same director. I feel like sometimes people are picky. But when casting there be a full cast but ends up being like 4 people playing many parts. Players guild is not the same anymore.
The production was awesome. Loved It.. Shows how true love exist no matter the color. Enjoyed it.
I have seen quite a few shows in the last few seasons, and they keep getting better and better. Tonight, I had the privilege of experiencing MEMPHIS. I have seen a lot of shows all over the country. But this performance in particular had me feeling every note. Not only the most fantastical performance I've seen at PG, but one of the best I've ever seen, of any musical, anywhere. I wish there was a cast recording because I've been listening to the cast album and it's just not as good!
What a wonderful show in such a quaint venue. Nice job, cast!
