I can't say enough about how happy we are with this practice! They have always been professional, kind and worked so well with the kiddos. We switched once after moving and immediately switched back, choosing to drive 45 minutes to come to them. They are the best!
What a great environment for my kids. Our experience today was great. Tanya my 4 year old did so well with her cleaning and as always the assistants here were sweet and kind as always.
My kids have been going here since 2006. They are busier now and it can get busy in the afternoons but we request morning appointments. They're consistent in their customer service and really try hard to please my kids. We love going there. We have never had any problems with our appointments or anyone being rude. It has gotten busier over the years but all my friends who still there seem to have no complaints.
I just moved to GA in February and I was not looking forward to seeing a new dentist for my son! He can be a bit difficult at times and hasn’t had the best experience when it comes to the dentist. I am soooooo happy that I found this office! I can not give them enough praise! The ENTIRE staff is great with children. They will make sure your child is comfortable, explain to them what they are going to do and show them how the tools work so they won’t be frightened. My son has been going there for a couple years and we've never had any issues. He actually looks forward to his visits. Today, I was very impressed. We went in for a regular 6 month cleaning and I had concerns about his lower front permanent teeth coming in faster than his baby teeth could fall out. (They were right behind his baby teeth and we've been keeping an eye on it for a couple months hoping they would come out on their own.) Great office! Staff is super friendly and attentive, they really make sure that every patient has a personal and fun experience.
My son has been going to this facility for 8 years and I have never had any complaints. We have used the orthodontic department as well for his braces. Parents are not allowed in the treatment area which has proved to actually be a great benefit for the kids and the lobby is very relaxing for the parents. I have never had an issue seeing either the dentist or orthodontist if I had a question. My son has absolutely no fears of the dentist and has never had a cavity!
The visit was great like always. My kids do not gripe about going because everyone is always so sweet and kind. The only thing I would like to maybe change is one of the very loud toys in the outside waiting area, the ons they slide blocks on the wire from one side to the other and makes a loud crashing sound.
