If I could leave less than one star, I would. This place is a nightmare. The building and atmosphere are abhorrent and it could be so amazing. I moved into apartment D3 in November of 2019. It was a nightmare from the word go. I entered the apartment 2 weeks past my move in date because the carpet had not yet been replaced and it was nasty. The entire apartment was nasty and had not been cleaned. I have no clue how they could ever get a good rating. Bedrooms don’t have windows. Bedrooms don’t have ceilings. Sharing one of these apartments DOES NOT WORK (unless you like listening to your roommate do whatever they do in their bedroom ie snoring, banging etc- as it can all be heard throughout the apartment with only a ceiling in the bathroom.) These used to be section 8 apartments, then with each subsequent sale and paint job the buyers figured they could jack up the rent and call them luxury- 🤣🤣🤣
