Been using these guys for awhile with my company truck. They are fast with service, but very thorough. They always are kind and don’t pressure you into doing what they recommended. But they always will hook you up with a good price on what is needed. TJ and Ron are normally who I deal with and are always communicate well with one another. Thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle and getting me back on the road in a timely manner.
Had an issue with removing a stuck oil plug before the holiday. I had my own oil filter, oil, and a new plug. They charged me for labor and nothing else, fixed it quick. reasonable and professional people.
Waited more than half an hour attendant didn't say be right with you or anything. Next time address your customers even if your busy with one even holding up a finger like 1 minute would have been better than nothing. There was only 1 vehicle being serviced. I'm sure the guy wouldn't have minded you acknowledging another customer.
Amazing service! We called in for a quote on our oil type for our car. Great pricing! We used to go to Walmart but we will be going here from now on. No high pressure sales on extra services, but courteous and does let you know what needs done so you are aware. Have us good advice on future oil changes. We were in and out without an appointment. Decided to try something different for an oil change based on the fact that I have been spending $50 plus tax on an oil change. It's just a regular basic oil change through valvoline. That's only if I have a coupon for $8 off, so I would normally spend around $60 without a coupon. A basic oil change here is $10 cheaper compared to Valvoline's oil change with coupon.
