Dr. Bill has assembled a Fantastic team. I especially appreciate the time they take explaining things in detail. Their office is in what seem to have been a house and their waiting area is a living room which seemed odd at first. Now, I prefer the atmosphere over a typical office environment. A friendly staff greatly reduces anxiety.
My experience was great! The hygienist,Susan, was pleasant,thorough and knowledgeable! I feel Dr. Klausmeyer was there to make a new patient comfortable with your dental experience in his office. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about insurance procedures and explained everything about my upcoming appointment.
Our first trip to this Dentist and he and his staff is a keeper. They are excellent at what they do and well organized. My hygienist was awesome a great person to talk to. The Doctor is awesome and everything is explained well. We have found the Dental office we were looking for! Danny Randall
