He ensured a thorough cleaning, took the time to answer all of our questions, and explained the entire procedure. Our chimney is in excellent shape now because of James knowledge. Kurt explained everything to me and corrected the problem right away. Another company told me I needed to rebuild one fireplace and install a new gas line. We had the fireplaces inspected when we bought the house a year ago so I knew that was not correct.
