I always visit them with any PC problems.
I called and they told me to come on in. They did some basic checks on my cable and adapter and found that was my issue. They were so helpful and were able to recommend the correct part I could order. Very professional. I'm not an effort with tech terms but they explained things on my level. Will definitely recommend and come here in the future.
Friendly and upfront service. Gave them a pretty overcomplicated laptop to work on which they fixed perfectly. Highly recommend.
I arrived at this location by LUCK! I'm so glad because I needed a computer repair ASAP! Avery was very helpful and didn't make me feel "dumb" when I asked questions, Matt just did the same thing as well. Both were very polite and knowledgeable about "tech stuff". I hope I don't have to visit with another computer issue (smile) but if I did this is the FIRST place I'm heading to. Before you head to BB try Canton Computers first!
