Took my grandfathers computer over there. Took a quick look at it and was honest that it was better to buy a new computer rather than fix his current one that is 5 years old. I appreciate them being honest and I didn’t feel forced into anything. I will def recommend them to other people. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on something too.
