Dr. Baquir is great, but their entire management process needs a face lift. It's been over a month I have sent emails and even walked into their office to advise they need to reach out out to the ER to attain my son's lab test results. They were too lazy to get a proxy from Beaumont so I went out of way to get the letter and sent to them via email. It's been over weeks no call no response. Edit: Originally gave 3 stars and the review below, but after they moved into the new building, they have new office staff and they are very kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Malik! How funny, I came here to write a review and see that the last review is echoing my exact sentiment. Both doctor's are amazing, as is the nurse practitioner we've seen on occasion. The female doctor talks over you. She does not listen when you are trying to express concerns about your child. Also, the nurse was not gentle when administering the shots. My family will not return.
Dr is great but the reception is unexceptable. Leah is very rude and not reliable on her follow up . I called and spoke with leah to fax over a referral to a Dr and I was told it was done. Needless to say it was never done even after endless calls while waiting at the Drs office for the referral. End result my sons appointment was canceled and will take 2 more months to get him in for another appointment.
