Today I was scheduled for a massage. My appointment was confirmed on yesterday. However, today I called at 8:30 am to cancel my appointment due to the smoke in the air from Canadian fire. My appointment was for 9:45. I left a voice message wanting to reschedule due to the environmental circumstance. I did not receive a reply until about 10:30 am. Love this place. I’ve seen Dr. Hill twice now and feel amazing. I also seen Rachel and really enjoyed the massage!

Too much upselling of their services there for my taste. I'm not a fan of the ableist cancellation policy for massage. It was ok for a one time visit but I don't know that I will be returning. I did appreciate the office manager booking the appointment via email after saying their policy was to do so by phone. It would be more convenient for those that suffer from migraines to have less phone calls & more online/virtual options of communication. Many doctors offices offer this with text/email confirmations.
