Erik of Cantlon's Home Inspection LLC did the buyers inspection on my house in Spokane. Erik was thorough, professional, polite, & didn't miss anything. In fact due to a delay in the closing there was a delay before I was able to take possession after the inspection was performed (almost 2 months). It turned out none of the electrical outlets in one area of the house were working that were reported as working in the initial home inspection.
